Joseph Song, M.D.

Dr. Song is a 3rd generation
physician who grew up in Wisconsin where his father was in private
practice as an Ob Gyn. He earned his BA in Anthropology at Harvard
College, and his MD at Harvard Medical School in Boston. Dr.
Song chose Radiation Oncology as his specialty because the synthesis
of direct patient care, cancer biology, physics, and multidisciplinary
care appealed to him. He completed his Residency training at
the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) where he
also served as Chief Resident. He is Board Certified in Radiation
Oncology by the American Board of Radiology, and he is experienced
in Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Stereotactic
Radiosurgery, and both permanent seed and High Dose Rate (HDR)
brachytherapy. Dr. Song and his wife, Samantha, enjoy hiking
along the California Coast, snowboarding, and winetasting.

Jason Kelly, M.D.

Dr. Kelly was born and
raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. After completing his undergraduate
studies in Biochemistry and German at the University of California
at Berkeley, he attended the School of Medicine at Georgetown
University. His postgraduate training began with an internship
in Internal Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical center in Los Angeles.
Subsequently, he completed his specialty residency training
in Radiation Oncology at University of Texas, M.D. Anderson
Cancer Center in Houston. Upon graduating from residency Dr.
Kelly accepted an invitation to stay on at the M.D. Anderson
Cancer Center, where he performed thoracic oncology research
and teaching as an Assistant Professor for two and one- half
years. In 2002, he moved with his wife and two children back
to the Bay Area to join his friend and colleague, Dr. Joseph
Song, in opening the newly-built Rohnert Park Cancer Center
in Sonoma County. Dr. Kelly is Boear Certified in Radiation
Oncology by the American Board of Radiology.

Diane Tsai, M.D.
Radiation Oncologist

Dr. Tsai received her
medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry
of New Jersey. She did a Primary Care Internal Medicine internship
at Yale University School of Medicine and then went on to Johns
Hopkins Hospital to do her Radiation Oncology specialty residency.
Dr. Tsai then served on the faculty staff at Georgetown University
Medical Center where she was Assistant Professor of Radiation
Medicine and director of the Breast Radiotherapy and Brain Tumor
services. She was in private practice at Virginia Mason Medical
Center and Providence Medical Center in the Seattle area before
relocating to the San Francisco Bay area recently. Dr. Tsai
is currently a Kaiser Permanente radiation oncologist at the
Rohnert Park Cancer Center. She is board-certified in Radiation
Oncology and has a special interest in breast cancer. Dr. Tsai
enjoys the practice of radiation oncology as it allows her to
combine her interest in science and ever-changing technologies
with the art of medicine and interpersonal skills to provide
top quality patient care.

Das Mohan, M.D.

Dr. Mohan has joined
the Fresno Cancer Center as Medical Director . Dr. Mohan received
his medical degree from Bangalore Medical College, India. He
completed post-graduate training in Radiation Oncology at Kidwai
Memorial Institute of Oncology, India and worked as a staff
Radiation Oncologist at the same institute till 1994. He did
his fellowship in Brachytherapy (Radiation Oncology subspecialty)
at the New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens. He completed
his residency in Radiation oncology and graduated from The Cleveland
Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio. He is trained to do Intensity
Modulated Radiation Therapy, 3D conformal Radiation Therapy
and Brachytherapy. Dr. Mohan is a member of American Society
for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology. He has authored numerous
articles and has presented at many conferences and professional
association meetings.

Giatri Dave, M.D.

Dr. Dave received her
medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta
Georgia. She was awarded the Low Beer’s clinical research fellowship
in radiation oncology from University of California, San Francisco.
She completed her residency in Radiation Oncology at Kaiser
Permanente Regional Radiation Oncology Department in Los Angeles,
California. She is trained in 3D Conformal radiation therapy,
brachytherapy and intensity modulated radiation therapy. Dr
Dave is a board-certified radiation oncologist and is a member
of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology
and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
