The South Sacramento Cancer Center is a freestanding state-of-the-art cancer center featuring radiation therapy for patients of the South Sacramento/Elk Grove areas specializing in IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy) . The South Sacramento Cancer Center has been treating patients since August of 2005. The center is approximately 11,000-sq-ft. located at 8100 Bruceville rd. in South Sacramento. We are fully equipped with the latest technologies for radiation treatment for cancer patients. Our featured equipment includes a Varian iX Linear Accelerator, the newest Varian model accelerator, a CT scanner for planning and all the features incorporated in a 21st century cancer center. The center is located in South Sacramento, just off highway 99, just across the street from Methodist Hospital and Kaiser. Our center is the only cancer center south of Central Sacramento and the cancer center located at Mercy Hospital, downtown. Medical oncology is also provided at the center as we are committed to full service comprehensive cancer care.
