Dr. Dave received her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta Georgia. She was awarded the Low Beer’s clinical research fellowship in radiation oncology from University of California, San Francisco. She completed her residency in Radiation Oncology at Kaiser Permanente Regional Radiation Oncology Department in Los Angeles, California. She is trained in 3D Conformal radiation therapy, brachytherapy and intensity modulated radiation therapy.

Dr Dave is a board-certified radiation oncologist and is a member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

Dr. Li Liu has been practicing radiation oncology for over 20 years and in the Fresno area since 2002.

Dr. Liu earned his M.D. from the Beijing Medical University. He completed residency in radiation oncology and served as the Chief Resident at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and fellowship in radiation oncology at the Roger Williams Cancer Center of Brown University. Dr. Liu has had extensive experience using IMRT (intensity-modulated radiation therapy), IGRT (image-guided radiation therapy), SBRT (stereotactic body radiotherapy), and SRS (stereotactic radiosurgery). He served as Medical Director at the Saint Agnes Cancer Center. He has had numerous publications on peer reviewed medical journals, book chapters, and media interviews. He is now pleased to be a part of the professional staff at the Fresno Cancer Center.

Dr. Liu is board certified in Therapeutic Radiology and Radiation Oncology. He is a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO), the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the Fresno-Madera Medical Society, and other professional organizations.
